CONFIRM YOUR TRIP INSTRUCTIONS

 

General Instructions

  • Space in the Academy is limited. Enrollment is first-come-first-served.
  • Using the Reservation Form, reserve your space as early as possible.
  • The Reservation Form will reserve a space for your group until August. At that time,
    you must Confirm Your Trip to hold your reservation.
  • We realize that at the time of your reservation, you may not know the exact number of student that will be attending. That is all right, we only need an estimate at this time. Therefore, on the Reservation Form, enter an estimated number of students, rounded up (this will give you the most free tickets possible). You will be providing the correct numbers when you Confirm Your Trip.
  • Make sure to indicate a first, second and third choice for dates and times.

Confirmation Form Instructions

  • Use the links below to open the appropriate Confirmation Form.
  • Fill in all the fields.
  • In order to receive the maximum free tickets and parking passes allowed, be sure to register all classes and teachers.
  • Please provide the names of all the teachers participating.
  • Please complete the form entirely. Incomplete forms can not be accepted.
  • Save the form to your computer.
