The 2009 Oklahoma State Fair® is scheduled to take place September 17-27 and will be here sooner than we think! We know it takes a long time to prepare and that calendars are being filled as quickly as possible; however, we will not be ready to accept new applications until after the first of the year. But please start your preliminary planning and check back often to see when the application links below “turn red.” That means the links are active, and we’re ready to do business. We always look forward to the innovative products and food ideas our new applicants offer, so be creative and show us the best you’ve got!

We ask that you be as detailed as possible in your application, providing at least one image of your booth design but preferably more images, if possible. So between now and January, come up with some fantastic booth ideas . . . take some photographs . . . research building materials . . . put a new spin on an old idea. By providing us with as much information as you can possibly put together (accurate and complete), you will help us determine where you will be most successful.
