Equine Competitions

From the giant Draft Horses and gentle Gypsy Horses to the Miniature Donkeys, Oklahoma State Fair equine events have a wide variety of competitions for youth, amateur and professional competitors.  You can view the elegance and sophistication of the Dressage horses, and the speed and agility of the Barrel Racing horses.  It’s always fun to watch the quick teams entered in the Ranch Sorting competition as they attempt to out-maneuver the cows.

The Oklahoma State Fair is honored to have been selected as the host facility for the 2014 to 2016 North American Six Horse Hitch Classic Series Finals, to be held in conjunction with the Oklahoma State Fair Draft Horse Show.
