Entry Information

NEW FOR 2016: Some exceptions apply. Review each Competition Guide for more specific information.

Online Entries: Entries in the Oklahoma State Fair managed Junior and Open Livestock Shows must be processed and paid online by midnight on August 15, to allow entry without additional late fees. The online entry process will open on July 1. Manual entry forms will only be accepted for late entries and, therefore, will not be available until after August 15.

Processing fee: A ONE TIME $10 processing fee will be assessed to all exhibitors entered in the Oklahoma State Fair Livestock Shows. (NOT assessed per handler/per animal/per division/per class). The processing fee includes one parking hangtag, which will allow the parking of one vehicle for the period of time surrounding the specific date(s) of competition.

Parking Passes: Any additional parking passes desired (limited to one additional hangtag per exhibitor per week of competition) must be purchased and paid for online by August 15 or with manual/late entries submitted, paid and received no later than September 1, 2016. Additional parking passes will not be sold after this time. All parking passes (hangtags) will be included in each exhibitor’s packet, available at the Livestock Show Office upon check in. (Exception: Rabbit Show).

Arrival Information: No parking hangtags will be given out upon arrival at Gate 7. A temporary “sticky note” will be made out and applied to the interior of the driver’s side windshield of a vehicle bringing in livestock duly entered in the Oklahoma State Fair. Vehicles not showing that sticky note, presented by Gate 7 Attendants, may be towed. Do not proceed to the permitted parking areas without the regular hangtag.
