Media Resources
The Marketing & Public Relations Department handles all media inquiries for the Oklahoma State Fair and the OKC Fairgrounds.
For each request, include: your name, publication/station, deadline date and subject matter of your story. This will allow us to identify the appropriate person/best resource to fill your media request.
For additional information and/or interview requests, please contact Scott Munz at smunz@okstatefair.com.
Special Note: During our peak season, August through October, please allow extra time for your requests to be processed.
Media Credentials
Members of the working press are welcome at the Oklahoma State Fair and will be offered an appropriate number of Gate Credentials and Parking Passes, based on bona fide need, at no charge.
This application process is meant to accommodate working media quickly and efficiently, and to screen out non-affiliated persons seeking media privileges.
Organizations that do not qualify for media credentials are welcome at the Oklahoma State Fair, with paid gate admission. Organizations must receive advanced permission from Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. to film or photograph while at the OKC Fairgrounds. Please send requests to smunz@okstatefair.com. Please include: your organization name, a link or copy of your publication and the purpose/subject matter of your coverage.
Failure to comply with any of these procedures or unauthorized use of credentials, including attempts to sell, may result in refusal, forfeiture of credential privileges and/or removal from the premises.
